DESCRIPTION

Duck and oat doughnuts are a high-protein, low-fat, high-fibre snack fit for dogs who would need to watch their weight.

Duck breast meat is rich in proteins, low in fat, and easily digestible. It also contains vitamins of the B group; high in nicotinic acid, and rich in vitamin E, allowing defence against inflammations of the nervous system and other inflammatory illnesses. Duck meat is also good for the pets’ skin. Because duck meat is considered a ‘cool’ food, if your beloved pet often seems to overheat, with deep-yellow urine, encrustations of secretions about the eyes, and often has symptoms of auto-immune disorders, then duck meat is a good regulatory foodstuff.

Oatmeal contains soluble vitamins which clump together. The peristalsis would be slower, able to provide the effect of ‘fullness’, and supress the appetite for a time, a perfect food for dogs suffering from obesity. Oatmeal contains beta-glucans, it could assist in absorbing water through osmosis, and lock in the fluids of cells, aiding in the production of cellular collagen, helping to heal wounds, and to repair the skin. Oatmeal also contain desaturated fats, and other useful fatty acids, as well as vitamin E, to bolster the health of the heart and skin.

This product is processed primarily under warm to low heat, and long cooking hours; to preserve the flavour, and to kill necrotic and disease-causing bacteria, to minimize oxidation-induced dry rot, from thence preserve the full nutritive value of the food. With the water removed, the food would lose 80-90% of its weight, and increasing its nutritive value.
