The delivery will be available for any order exceeding $168.

10$ delivery fee within a 10 km radius from the store 

15$ delivery fee within a 15 km radius from the store 

25$ delivery fee within a 20 km radius from the store

Additional delivery fees ($10-$40), depending on distance within Sydney, to be added to orders that have not reached delivery conditions. For further details, please consult customer service.

    🐾 Collection at the shop

There’s no minimum purchase requirement for in-store pickups. If customers wish to pick up in store, please inform customer service ahead of time, confirm the date of collection, and bring proof of purchase.

Shipping outside of Sydney and shipping requirements

To protect and maintain the quality of the products, we can only ship some products to specific locations.

Free shipping for orders exceeding $88. Additional shipping fee $15 to be added to orders below $88.

Preparation time

All of Pawradise’s products are freshly made just as the orders are placed. After the ordering, Lorraine would often need 2-4 days in buying, readying, and preparing the products. If there are large orders in the works, the times of preparation may be delayed. Customer service may contact you for more information and details.
